University Superior Technician in Music (TSUM)
Knowledge Generation Plan

Educational Program’s Goal
Provide the foundations of musical language through the acquisition and development of the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required for instrumental performance. It consists of four periods integrated by thirty-seven subjects divided into basic, disciplinary and professional training, which make up the total musical knowledge and skills required to enter the Bachelor of Music (LM) UAT Faculty of Music and Arts. The instrumental academic offer includes: violin, viola, violoncello, double bass, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, electric bass, saxophone, clarinet, transverse flute, bassoon, trumpet, trombone, tuba, French horn, piano, singing and percussions.

General Admission Requirements
- Completed High School Studies
- Take a propaedeutic course and pass the TSUM admission exam
- All students accepted to TSUM must submit the CENEVAL exam
- Documentation: Official legalized High School certificate; Updated birth certificate; CURP; 10 (4x4) photographs.
