University General Bachelor with Emphasis in Music and Art (BGUEMA)

Educational Program’s Goal
Offer the student the knowledge, skills, attitudes and essential values to contribute to their consolidation as an individual in the psychological, intellectual, productive and social aspects. Is composed of six periods consisting of twenty-eight general and propaedeutic training subjects and thirty subjects with an emphasis on music and art related to activities supporting integral education. The BGUEMA provides the knowledge of musical language and instrumental practice essential to enter the Bachelor of Music (LM) of UAT Faculty of Music and Arts.

General Admission Requirements
- The applicant must take a propaedeutic course and pass the BGUEMA admission exam
- The applicant with unfinished Baccalaureate may revalidate the mandatory subjects of General and propaedeutic training accredited, in accordance with the Regulations of Revalidation, Equivalence and Accreditation of Studies of the UAT, Chapter IV: Accreditation of Studies, Article 19.
- All students accepted to enter BGUEMA must submit the CENEVAL exam. - Documentation: Official legalized Middle School certificate and letter of good behavior; Updated birth certificate; CURP; 10 (4x4) photographs.
